Little-Known-Lins Fact time:
I am married to George Strait!!
You had no idea that you were reading a blog that belonged to a celebrity, did you? Yeah...I try to keep it quiet.
Oh, and that Norma woman you see him with? She's just a decoy so I can live my life in peace. It's good to be queen!
In honor of my husband, and because my Pandora Station, Buckle Shiners, played "I Cross My Heart" just a moment ago, I give you some Youtube Goodness from my husband's first (and best) movie, "Pure Country."
Enjoy!
Oh, what a familiar scene! This is what our front porch looks like every weekend. Just another jam session with King George...
And now, the moment that never fails to make me swoon. The tears start at 0:30 and they just don't quit until I've finished my Ben & Jerry's the credits end. Harley Tucker, you were a fool to ever doubt Dusty Wyatt's love for you.
*sigh*
How much do I love that man!?

Your husband is the best. Baby Blue is one of my favorites. Oh and Cross My Heart. Actually I'm pretty sure I love them all!!!
He's so swoon worthy. Love to hear him sing & talk. Thanks.
::Swooning still::
I have been in love with your husband for many years. I saw him in concert when I was 19 years old. And I LOVE that movie!
Mmmmm. I love that man too! My husband's grandma used to say that "he could park his boots under her bed anytime." LOL. That is so cute coming from an 80 year old. He is so easy on the eyes and makes me *swoon* too.
So, my favorite scene from Pure Country is definitely the part where George walks in the room and says, "Get yer ass outta here! Go on...get yer ass outta here!"
Classic.
This will forever be one of my faves. Along with "8 Seconds" and "Wild Hearts Can't Be Broken."
And I second Jessica's comment. haha.
Hmmmm, that man is just delish. I'm crazy about him too!
How many times do we have to go through this.....
HE IS NOT YOUR HUSBAND! He is MINE...
Would it make you jealous if I told you I shook his hand? Ok, maybe I didn't mean "shook", I mearly slapped his hand in a "clambering over all the people in front of me while trying to touch my "Jorge" while at a concert in 1994." I still haven't forgotten that moment.
ahhhhhhhhhhh. Thanks for letting me relive it today.
