It's Monday Tuesday, and that means it's time to check the damage from the weekend and post some OHF results!
With the Couch-to-5K Training coming right along I was actually looking forward to not terrified of hopping on that scale this week. Surely the numbers would be smaller than they were last Monday, right?
Right!?!?
Right. Not as much as I would've liked, but it's still less, and that's fine by me!

I'm down another 1/2 pound since last Monday. I'm a little so/so about these results. On one hand, the overachiever in me is mad it's not more, but on the other hand, I know just how much junk I ate over the weekend, so I'm glad for any loss at all! Beggars can't be choosers, Poodles.
At any rate, that's a lead, folks...but not a big one. Too close for comfort, if you ask me. Next week, Jay, you're getting smoked.
Amen.

He he, good for you! Thanks for the sweet compliment. Have a fabulous day!
Ugh. It's frustrating not to lose quickly, but they say the slower it comes off the more permanent it is. Good luck!
Yes, Emily is exactly right...the slower it is to come off the more permanent it is! :)

Thanks so much for "de-lurking" in honor of my blogiversary! I love your blog so far! I had to go back & catch up on what OHF is, & I love it! What a great way to get motivated to lose weight!! Good luck! :)

Just remember....a girl's weight is soooo dependent on "other" stuff. And YES, Jason, whoever you are, this is a valid excuse!!! LOL Plus, depending on how long you've been at the running thing, your weight loss will SLOW so it's really a good idea to judge your progress in inches lost. Just an idea. :)
