OHF : 06/15/09

Remember the post where I told you that I was back on The Wagon? Remember in that post I told you that OHF would be making it's grand reappearance on Monday?

Well, today is Monday, and OHF is back!

If you're not familiar with our little OHF competition you can do some catching up here.

Last week was the first time in months that I had really made a concerted effort to watch what I ate and to workout as much as possible. I'm definitely motivated by results, so you can guess at my reaction this morning when I got on the scale and realized....

I lost 4 pounds last week!!!!

Add that 4 to the running OHF totals and it looks a little something like this (keep in mind, one pound lost = 1 "point.")

--------------------------
Lindsay: 7.0
Jason: 5.5
--------------------------

That's a small lead, but it's still a lead! Time to kick it into high gear and make some real progress before El Salvador in July, and Becky's wedding in September!

Skinnier-ly yours,

Thanks for the motivation!

I've just hit my 15 pound goal, and it feels so good. Now I just have to tone it all up!
